Many gateways have brought me to the practice and teaching of meditation and yoga. Through a career in nursing and many other life experiences, I have cultivated an intuitive gift through deep listening, understanding, sensing, and perceiving to connect with others.  I offer deep compassion and understanding when working with clients in order to align them with their highest values.

As a certified yoga and meditation teacher, I offer a variety of experiences to help you cultivate a healthier lifestyle. I have been influenced by many ancient practices as well as modern tools and techniques. The types of meditations I offer include the physical practice of yoga, affirmations, pranayama/breathwork, mantra, visualization, conscious relaxation, and yoga nidra.
